I have for sale the 1st edition, hardcover book "Mile High Madness: A Year
With The Colorado Rockies" by Bob Kravitz foreword by Don Baylor (1994).
This 1st edition contains 257 pages including black and white photographs
following the inaugural season of the expansion "Rockies", with team and
player statistics.
