Is it possible to convert QB2003 to QB2002?

My school uses QB2002.

If I buy QB2003 how can I move the data back and forth?

The data is not backward convertible. You can't use 2003 data on 2002.

If you shop around maybe you can find a ligit copy of 2002 for sale, say
eBay?

If your school uses version 2002 then there is a very good chance that
version at a considerable discount is available at your schools book store.
If not then I would question your instructer why they are training their
students in a version this dated (2004 will be out in Dec).<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

The instructor tried to get the computer people to update the
computers to QB2003 but for some reason it didn't happen and we're
stuck using QB2002. The workbooks and exercise materials all
reference QB2003. The class is at a junior college. I'll check the
book store to see if they have QB2002.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
