Oh, it's all so *exciting*! Here we are on January 21st, and they're
letting *me* tell everyone that it's 50,000,000 earwigs' birthday!
oooh, what fun I'm having in this village! Happy Birthday 50,000,000
earwigs! Come on everyone, let's light a whole lot of candles on this
lovely cake and see whether 50,000,000 earwigs can blow them out with
one puff!

One puff each, or one between them?
Happy birthday the 'wigs. I have left a barrel of Bouzo in the yard of the
Lundy; try not to fall into it, I think it may be mildly corrosive. Enjoy
yourselves!

Tricky; they take up enough area, if standing on the ground, that
they'll have to puff in a perfectly timed wave. Someone will doubtless
come along with the ACME earwig time system, but I think the low-tech
earwig-peddled fan may be more effective.
Happy Birthday. The 1000lbs of whitebait are laid out over there.

That nice man up at Hill House has some very accurate timers which he
said we could borrow. The scaffolding for building the sphere of earwigs
is a bit tricky though. Not that we'd want to be critical or anything.
