exactly what you're looking for (and I'll admit right up front, the
site is brand new, so traffic is likely to be sparse for a while),
then you can always post an "RFQ", or "Request For Quotations",
whereby Sellers will BID on your project and YOU can choose whomever
you'd like (or no one at all) to fulfill it.
