Hi there!
I'm new to this list but stumbled over it while looking for the BBC
dramatization of Asimov's "Caves o steel".
Unfortunately, I really don't know how to use the "secret" wys of getting
it....
Since I'm a German / English teacher in Germany, I do need that
dramatization for me and my students...
Can anyone help me ?????

IIRC the original film (starring Peter Cushing) was destroyed by the
BBC, and all that survives are a few clips.

The same BBC now spends taxpayers money filling its website with audio
archives of what seems like every crappy domestic radio program it
broadcasts.

There was a BBC radio dramatisation of the Foundation trilogy in 1973
which at one time was available on audio cassette. More recently it
appeared on alt.binaries.sounds.radio.misc, I've no idea where you'd
find it now.
