March 17th. The date is fluid though. If the judge has a case that goes
overtime of up to a week before, the date will be changed. But I'm starting
to see the light.

Ditto. I have a collegue, off on maternity leave at the moment, who's
baby is due to arrive that day too. All in all, could be quite a dramatic
day! I, of course, will be hoisting a Guinness or two to the both of
them!

Cheers,
Pete.

Err, this is ME we are talking about. Aren't evil omens & portents pretty
much standard fare for me? (If Fred passes this one up. I might send a
search and rescue...)

Forgive me, I haven't been here for so long, I am not sure what this
court date is for. I hope it goes your way.

Long, very long, story short: About 7 years ago, new trustees, my
"siblings", came on as trustees to a housing and health trust. They threw
me out of a handicapped home our mother built, sold it, put me in an barely
standing condo that is FAR from Hani. friendly, stole ('allegedly') money,
and basically ruined the trust in a short time. They dragged the case out,
I'm assuming hoping to outlast me, one settled, but the ring-master is being
stubborn.

(BTW, if you didn't know that, and I admit is another excuse to brag
shamelessly, you might not know the GOOD stuff. Dean Koontz at the end of
6/2003 sent me 22 books, 19 of which he signed with notes to myself, and a
letter. Pictures are on the Castle Website.) (I know I know BRAGGART!) Smile
