I like that answer. I "flunked" this question at an
interview once, I said that I wanted to be at the same
job I was appllying for, that I was praying for the
strength and grace to avoid being trapped into going
up the "management ladder". I like what I do, I HATE
meetings and tend to micromanage, smart employers pay
attention managing is not the be all and end all.

Jackie the Librarian (still Librarian I after 16 years
because anything higher is a supervisory position)
