I know from previous references that there is a Grand Duke/Duchess of
Manitcore, Sphinx, and Gryphon. Now, that San Martin is part of the
Star Kingdom (Empire? Smile) Manticore, is there a Grand Duke/Duchess of
San Martin? and Talbot Cluster presumably.

I figure there would be.

Weber didn't really focus on the politics of the SK(E)M during At All
Costs. All we can assume is that the general election was held and that
the San Martin peerage has been seated. As to who got what dignities, we
don't and can't know until Weber decides to tell us in either one of the
main line Honorverse novels, anthologies, CoS Series, or SoS series.

Personal I hope Pres. (Commodore) Ramirez would be made the grand duke.

I doubt that the San Martinos would accept anything less!

Most, at least, has not. SKM Constitution does not allow for more than
10% additional per election. That is part of why High Ridge was not
allowing elections (large part). As they are not all (any?) seated
yet, even if the cluster is annexed, the San Martinos will likely be
seated first unless token elements of Cluster delegations are
intermixed with San Martino's legitimate prior claimants.

Likely, although selection by long-term election is not out of the
question (20 years maybe? or life of electee??)
