Post subject: "Handmeals" = tortillas, in the real world.

Just watching one of the Saturday cooking programs (instead of doing
something productive), and the cook was presenting a tortilla recipe.
He made a comment that tortilla-based sandwich-substitutes are now
provided on the Shuttle as a "crumb-free handmeal". Which is a
Niven-ism.
I remember a while ago on larry-list we discussed what a
"handmeal" was, and Larry himself talked of something more resembling a
"cornish pasty" than a sandwich. It seems that NASA need a lesson in
getting it right!
