No doubt this has long since been posted here, but since I only just
came across it, and I don't see an FAQ, here it is for any new readers
who may wonder.

For those just thorough enough, (or morbid enough) to wonder about how

Well, I'd say this is a minor quibble compared to being dead.
I'm sure Janet is doing fine but I wish she would have continued
with the F&SF essays. It's just not the same magazine withought
an Asimov in the table of contents.

But Janet did continue with the F&SF essays. I believe it was a change
of editors that resulted in the decision not to include an Asimov in the
table of contents.
