Help Getting published

Get a copy of POET'S MARKET (published annually by Writer's Market) - it
lists a couple thousand markets for poetry and offers solid advice on
publishing. Any poet who publishes, or wants to, should have a copy.

Oops, that should read "published annually by Writer's Digest". Any
bookstore should have it, or be able to get it for you.

Write a lot and keep writing; send your manuscripts to all the
appropriate mags and keep on doing so even when you cop many rejection
slips; read your works at any open mic venues that exist in your area;
persist and persevere and don't be discouraged. If your work is worth
publcation, it will be sooner or later.
