Heh. Well, "Jervis" is how I ain't been for quite some time, but other
than that, please don't fall into a fit if I'm having some trouble
just now trying to put "Grande Mal" together with a face to which I
might the more heartily return a friendly "long time no see" in kind.

Grande Mal, eh? Hmm. Pardon my French but wouldn't you really be
happier with "Grand Mauvais"? In any case, as to "Jervis" more
currently known as "J. Seymour MacNicely" or "Mac the Nice," aside
from the chronic multiple personality disorder, the rickets,
rheumatism, lumbago, arthritis, gout, pimples, piles and pyorrhea,
well I've been, as they say "just fine" or "juste beau"--if you'll
pardon my French. Fortunately, there are enough of us (among my
personalities) to distribute the misery between, and there is rarely
anything so sweet as the misery that can be shared, n'est ce pas?

(or twang) of "What I expect from you, Barak Obama," type schmaltz.
She expects from him what--a shoe shine? A porter to put her bag up on
