Since I am 'lucky' enough to be working my three twelve-hour nights over
Christmas Eve & Christmas, no alcoholic beverages allowed; nothing in
the rules about authorholic drinks!

I hope you get days (nights) off on other nights.
My holidays will be quiet, too, due to half the family working on/near
Xmas. I'm about to torture the dogs with holiday baths, then torture the
yard with holiday weeding.
If I'm a very good girl, maybe I'll pop out the old ABML cookie recipe
collection and "torture" myself with some baking!

Oh yeah! By taking the 31st off, I end up with 9 days off in a row!!
Just the way the rotating shift schedule works.

Then, less than 1 hour after posting this, I get called out for 8 hours.
Okay, I said yes, I can use an extra 12 hours worth of pay on my next
check (8 at time and a half).

Whoops!
Win some, lose some? At least this gives you an unexpected head start on
paying those big December credit card bills.
(Kinda depressing, the way Quicken tells me the full, gory total, right
down to the last, bright red cent.)

I must admit that I bought those cards some weeks in advance because I
could not resist them!
Got Mummy's and Ray's cards yesterday - my goodness, the goddesses are
growing up quickly! And I absolutely adore the angels on my card.
