Hyde Park Co-op used book sale (Chicago), Oct. 11-13, 2003

The Hyde Park Cooperative Society will hold its annual booksale for
charity on Sat., Sun., Mon., October 11-13. Sale hours are 9:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m.

The sale takes place in the courtyard of the Hyde Park Shopping
Center, 1526 E. 55th Street, on 55th Street just west of Lake Park
Avenue, in Chicago, near the University of Chicago.

We have some 50,000 books, about half are hardcovers.

On the first day, prices are $1.50 for hardcovers, $1.00 for trade
paperbacks, and 50 cents for mass market paperbacks. Some books are
specially priced, both higher and lower than these prices. Prices are
lower the second and third day, and we have special bag and box rates
on the third day.

We have lots of academic and scholarly titles as well as a generous
selection of children's books and general titles.
