Post subject: LotR 2nd edition changes

Has anyone collected together all of the changes that were made between the
1st and 2nd editions of The Lord of the Rings? I keep coming across
individual references throughout HoME etc but it would be nice to have a
definitive list (like in the Annotated Hobbit)

3-in-1 LotR edition - I bought the recent Houghton 3-in-1 but many text lines were smeared and some pages were printed crooked. Also the page with the ring writing had the wrong font in the wrong places. They don't make things like they used to, huh.
