Neal Cassady

I was wondering if the author that was supposed to write another new
Neal book is actually Reverend Paul Sawyer as opposed to Patrick
Sawyer?

I recall reading how he befriended the Pranksters and that he was
planning a Neal book or something like that.

No. The name is Patrick Sawers, not Sawyer.
