In this story, a robot tells Susan Calvin that it has dreamed that its
fellow robots are toiling in poor working conditions. This continues
until a man comes along and yells "Let my people go!". The robot then
says that it is that man! Susan immediately destroys that robot to
eliminate the possibility of it getting around the First Law and leading
a robot uprising.

Are you saying this is an actual Asimov story? I don't believe
I've heard of it before.

Tim is correct. It's the title story of a collection published in
1986. Apart from the title story, all the stories in the collection
are reprints from earlier collections.

Speaking of which, I know this isn't really a marketplace, but I happen to be
cleaning my basement after a flood and came across my copy of the original
limited edition signed hardcover this week.

If anyone is interested in making an offer, drop me a note at this email. It
is number 285/300 and unfortunately does not have the original cloth box as
that was damaged by water several years ago.

The book itself doesn't show any distortion, but there is a slight lightening
of the colour on the back bottom cover which makes me think it probably got
touched by the water as well.
