They are out of print in the U.S. and second hand hard copies are only
available here and there. It might be worth it to check the UK shipping
charges...

Thanks for the info.

That's nothing. Lulu.com are trying to kid on it's €72 to ship a
pb printed in the south of England to western Ireland. Apparently,
they are working on it.

Amazon only has them from "other sellers" and I am always amazed at what
people get away with describing as "like new." I haven't looked at
abebooks for a really long time though. I sorta forgot about 'em. Thanks
for that idea. I'm off!

I got all my SoD books by looking on ebay for UK sellers willing to
ship to the US. I don't remember the cost, but it seemed fairly
reasonable to a cheapskate like me. I thought it was funny that I
ordered something from a UK seller and it got to DFW faster than any
Amazon USA order I'd ever placed. Smile

I found one SoD I that way, but I didn't *win* it. That always seems to be
my luck with ebay. I guess I'm just going to have to cough up the cash if
I want them. I may just have to be patient because I know at some point
they'll have to do a US reissue. I hope.
