Check into
www.bigredconsulting.com to see if they have a program
(very affordable) to generate the emails for you. You can download a
tool that will sync your contacts between QB and Outlook--it doesn't
require contact manager. Make sure you download the right tool based
on which version of Outlook you have (2003 or 2007). Then, I sync my
Outlook with my phone!
