I know, I wasn't going to admit it - I am ashamed. But I read
this month's InSTyle magazine - only because I am working on a
project. Research, yeah, that's it.

Seriously the 212 area code is very prestigious, like a MainLine zip code.
When they changed Brooklyn and Queens to
718 it was a shkandal bc all the "outer-borough-ites" were "outed", could
no longer say they lived in the city. And 646
has a very nouveau ring to it. Blicch. You never knew how prestigious, did
you.
